Our product range comes from a Japanese company Itoh Denki, which is the inventor of motorised rollers and has been developing its products for the past 60 years. Itoh Denki products are characterised by highest quality and reliability. Amsort is an authorised representative of Itoh Denki on the Polish market. Orders are carried out from a central European warehouse in France, which allows for a very fast delivery!

The main advantage of Itoh Denki’s motorised rollers and drums is space-saving, as the drive unit is placed inside the roller. High quality guarantees reliability and low maintenance costs. Itoh Denki’s accessories are also extremely simple to install. There is no need to use flange to mount motor reductor or to configure the spindle. The company’s motorised rollers are the smallest in the world with a diameter of 32 mm and the motorised drums for pallets are the most robust weighing 2000kg.

Motorised rollers are widely used in conveyor roller systems. They can be applied in a non-touch product accumulation by placing them in queue. We offer motorised rollers with diameters of: 32, 50, 57 and 60.5. Asynchronous motor 230VAC or brushless DC 24VDC motor can be used as the drive unit.

Motorised drums are used as drive elements for belt conveyors. They can transport light and medium heavy loads. Asynchronous motor 3×230/400VAC with a universal output is used. The diameter is 76.3 mm.

The electronic circuit board is used to control DC motors and offers selection of speeds, direction of rotation and voltage protection. Due to static electricity this board is the most resistant in its class available on the market.
